We wanted to express our huge appreciation for the incredible bar service and delicious cocktails and drinks that you provided on our wedding day in July of 2023 at Norton Grounds. The service, attention to detail, and delicious drinks, truly elevated our celebration to a whole new level.
Your team’s professionalism ensured that our family and friends were well taken care of throughout the entire afternoon and evening. The creativity and craftsmanship that went into crafting each cocktail were evident in every sip and both of our chosen evening cocktails were delicious!

The Watering Hole provided the drinks service at our wedding, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
In advance of the day, Ross was very patient and gave excellent advice while we mulled over the various options – he was always willing to have a call to discuss points. All the discussions were certainly worthwhile, as the day went perfectly, in no small part down to the WH team.
The manager on the day was exceptional – incredibly personable and professional. His help (in matters not just relating to the bar) on the set-up day was invaluable and his team and he were fantastic on the day itself. I never felt like I was looking for service from the bar staff – my glass was often being topped up! – and the cocktails in the evening were fantastic (and have been complimented by many of the guests).

We hired the Watering Hole to cover our bar needs at our wedding at Pauntly Court (Gloucestershire) on Saturday 16th September 2023.
All of our guests were really complimentary of the whole bar experience. There were never any queues at the bar and the Expresso Martini & Mojito hour went down a storm.
The bar staff provided were fantastic and the bar manager was a lovely guy and really engaging and nothing was ever too much trouble and he is a credit to the operation (all staff were).
We would happily recommend this company based on our experience.

The Watering Hole supplied our bar for our wedding at Oxleaze Barn on 16/10/23 and they were brilliant!
Ross was quick to reply with clear and professional communication through out. Fabio looked after us on the day and he was great fun, all the staff were brilliant. The drinks service was so smooth, during the run up they advised us on best wines to match our food and we had some yummy cocktails too! Very competitive prices. Definitely recommend!

Ross at The Watering Hole, and his excellent team, provided a superb service at our son’s wedding. He was very helpful in the event planning stage, clearly setting out the different options for us, enabling us to choose the most cost-effective approach. On the day (and night… the entire weekend, in fact), his team worked efficiently to ensure that nobody went thirsty(!), with no queues at the bar, and that all of the broad range of drinks were kept nicely chilled throughout a warm weekend. The Espresso Martini Hour was a huge hit, as were the Bride & Groom’s cocktails (Brambles and Margaritas). And the wines, beer, lager, cider etc were all fabulous too. Thanks, Ross, for helping to make it such a special weekend. We highly recommend you!

Ross and his team provided the drinks for our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They really went out of their way to take care of everything and accommodate guests. Highly recommended!

Ross and his team catered for our postponed wedding in August this year and we could not have asked for a better service or experience with them. The team were very accommodating and understanding when inevitably we had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to Covid. We felt we were in safe hands the whole way through the planning process, and were confident in the teams ability to deliver the perfect day which they most certainly did! We went for the open bar option which worked really well for our outdoor marquee reception on our farm. There was never a queue at the bar, and the staff worked tirelessly all day to make sure everything ran smoothly. There were plenty of different drinks on offer to cater for everyone. Also personal touches such as bringing the bride a Pina Colada at the top table and the groom a jug of his favourite beer were really appreciated! We would recommend the Watering Hole to anybody celebrating a special occasion and would have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks again guys!

I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used them twice now and on both occasions they have excelled themselves in providing a second-to-none service. They are organised, punctual and so willing to listen to the customer & accommodate specific needs – we wanted to give our party a “Hot Fuzz” theme and the staff were so willing to join in. If you are looking for a special touch to a party then these guys are absolutely it & such good value for money. I can only stress that they are just brilliant at what they do and provide a touch of excellence to any party.

The Watering Hole were linked with our wedding venue (Oxleaze Barn) and we were in very good hands! We were unable to arrange a tasting as we were in lockdown but Ross made it easy for us to order a box with a selection to sample, which was a great lockdown activity (we ordered one for our parents to participate via Zoom too…)

Luckily our wedding day itself was less virtual and we were able to go ahead with a reduced number of guests (30). We were initially disappointed to hear that the package prices per head were changing due to it becoming a “micro wedding”, since it was national restrictions and not our choice. However after going through the full process we think that we got a lot of value for our money within the “all in” package we finally chose for our guests.

Ross was brilliant in the run up to the day, very responsive and answering all our questions on practicalities and the effects of Covid in plans etc. The were very accommodating of our specific requests – ordering in bottled beer from a brewery local to us for the bar, sourcing a particular sparkling wine for the toasts and offering us the option for cocktails both at the reception and on the evening bar. They even very kindly upgraded us to a red wine off the Gold package when the one we had selected (off the Silver package) was unavailable.

On the day itself the bar staff were fantastic. They were friendly and kept drinks flowing throughout the day. The cocktails were incredible – particularly the espresso and passion fruit martinis which we chose for the evening bar. My grandad like them so much her ordered two at a time ;). Honestly, I have not been able to find an espresso martini which lives up to it since.

The two guys that came to man the bar were amazing! Dancing to the all the tunes and serving amazingly priced drinks, they even let me go behind the bar and attempt to pull a pint (and failed!). There service was fantastic as well in serving the welcome and toasting drinks and nothing was too much of a bother! Thank you so much guys, you’re fantastic!

Hired the mobile bar for our wedding after we were let down by another company. Cannot fault them. The bar set up looked fantastic and the range of drinks they served was brilliant. Only have good things to say, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended by a friend to use The Watering Hole for my 21st birthday party which was a cocktail party. Brilliant team, very friendly and helpful. I was able to choose a menu of cocktails and was able to rename and customise them. The bar itself is really cool and rustic, perfect if you like something a bit quirky. Not only were the drinks delicious, and made quickly to accommodate a queued they looked as decorative as I would expect at city cocktail bar. Just finished up a great event with Ross and his team catering our Christmas client drinks in Birmingham. These guys did a fantastic job, with a seamless service for 180 people and were quick and efficient in both serving our clients and the clear up afterwards.
