Finally the open weekend is done and dusted. After weeks of preparation and advertising our Worcestershire open weekend at Spetchley Park Gardens is over. The weekend was a great success and lots of potential customers came down to visit us to see what we could offer them. There was photographer, florist, caterer, marquee company and glass hire on offer along with three of our mobile bar units and a photo booth. We were offering great deals such as half priced photo booth hire if booked in conjunction with a free mobile bar service which saw many people booking both services together.The most popular service that people booked was the free bar hire at just £20 per head for the bar setup and unlimited drink for six hours why would you contemplate anything else.
The open weekend has made us very popular in Worcestershire and the surrounding counties which is great for us as it’s right on our doorstep. West Country Marquees setup an amazing marquee which displayed the different types of marquee structure, linings, lighting and flooring options. The main marquee was setup for dining in a more formal layout whereas a smaller marquee to the side was in a more rustic setting. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but at least it proved that the marquees were weather proof as the wind howled and the rain hit the side of the structure.
It now seems that the busy summer season is just round the corner for our mobile bar services. First up is a charity ball this weekend and we can’t wait!
