Kick starting the events next month is the charity ball at Spetchley Park Gardens where the ball is aid of the charity Help Harry Help Others. The evening will begin at 7pm for welcome drinks, followed by a 3 course meal and then a great band who will play throughout the night, with last orders at midnight. Hopefully they will raise a lot of money for such a great cause. At the event we have a bar being installed, staff and a photo booth. The staff who are not working will also be attending the ball to help the charity raise even more money.
The ball is a great warm up for the team who will also have a charity ball to run in April and then the years biggest event for Malvern College. Every year we run the bar for the Malvern College Leavers Ball which sees around 600 pupils and parents turn up to celebrate the end of their education at the college. It is a very affluent community within Malvern College and so the ball is always fantastically decorated from floor to ceiling in drapes, lighting and props to a particular theme. It’s always the most anticipated event in our calendar and one that the team all ask to work at every year. We will be running a cocktail bar in the lobby and a traditional bar in the main hall serving lager, bitter, cider, wine, soft drinks and spirits. The week after the ball we will be back at the college for their 150th anniversary of the college being opened. It’s a big summer for the college and for ourselves and we love being involved.
