We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources  in the following scenarios: 

  • Event venues where we will be running the drinks service of your event Event managers who are organising your events on your behalf 

We use the information that you have given us in order to conduct our  events efficiently.

Your information is securely stored.  

We keep your personal information for the duration of the event planning  and event itself. We will then dispose your information by deleting the  files on our cloud based management system and shredding any relevant  paper documentation.
