Mobile Wedding bar Hire
At the Watering Hole we take pride in organising a full drinks service for your wedding. We provide welcome drinks, table wine, toast drinks, personalised cocktail menus and a well-presented and experienced team to provide a bar service which runs smoothly throughout the day.
Wedding couples can customise the drinks on offer, sample the wines, choose their favourite lager and ale on tap and decide on whether to have a bar selling drinks or choosing to have a cost effective free bar service. Our team take care of all of the drinks and glassware on your special day, taking all the drinks-related organisation off of your hands to ensure your day is stress-free and one to remember!
Drink Packages
Our wedding speciality is running the whole show! We prepare the welcome drinks, chill the wine, lay the tables and prepare the toasts. It’s far easier to leave the drinks side of your day to us so that the caterers can focus on the food – it also helps with making sure that glasses don’t get mixed up too. We can can shake your favourite cocktails for when you arrive and have the bar service flowing all at the same time running until the end of the night. Also, we can source a local beer to go on tap from your favourite brewery which is a nice touch and a great talking point for your guests around the bar.
We offer three packages (Bronze, Silver & Gold) and each one has it’s own wine menu. We can organise samples in the post and you can also try them at one of our open days across the year. Each package includes our own glassware and trained team – please get in touch to find out more.
EVENT TEAMS
At every wedding we make sure we have one of our very own trained managers who will be the point of contact for the entire day. They will have a full itinerary and will organise the bar and table service team so you can relax knowing that it’s all in hand.
WINE MENU
Below is a sample from our Bronze package with a variety of wines to suit different tastes. We can send out samples so that you can try them with your friends and family on the build up to your wedding. Our extended wine list includes; English sparkling wine, organic wines, vegan wines and much more.
